Suggested Full Care Package

- The Blessed Mother Course (has all materials written out and easily accessible)

-4 Antenatal sessions (usually around 2 hours) (includes birth preparation at all levels & childcare and parenthood preparation support)

-Includes breathwork, fear realising, hypnobirthing & mindfulness

- Continuity of care between sessions via text, voice-note or email throughout pregnancy and up to 42 days post birth

- Mother Blessing Ceremony (includes Womb Blessing)

- Birth attendance - from when you decide you'd like me to be there, up until you are ready for me to leave your nest.

- 2 Postnatal Visits (one includes Closing of the Bones)

- 1 year free access to the mother group circles I offer

This full package is priced at £1444.

I also offer either only prenatal &

birth or postnatal (including night doula) and we can arrange pricing depending on needs.

Note: Also happy to support at lower rates for Mothers in need, here to support in fluid yet still honouring exchange.

My name is Maria and I facilitate under Moment ✨

Im a Holistic Practioner- with my first background in Biomedical Sciences and a journey that led me into Holistic Natural Living 🙏🏽With many years of learning & gathering knowledge in how our bodies function and how we co create with the natural world & the vibrational field that is all 🧬🙏🏽

Motherhood support Ethos/ further personal story

Devoted to holistic well-being for over a decade, further deeply rooted in feminine wisdom and embodiment for over 5 years, and have recently become a Mother myself 🙏🏽💜

A first born with a natural caring disposition, raised by a Mother that cared for myself and my siblings plus other family children full time, I had an early interaction of caring for and holding space in the Mother archetype.

And now, with Motherhood coming into my journey it was the perfect timing to develop my knowledge from a holistic foundation to pregnancy, birth, postpartum and baby care.

Whilst pregnant I trained from my yoga background into pre and postnatal yoga and I further my herbology knowledge and certification into pregnancy and postnatal care.

Leaning deeply into plant allies and the array of healing from Mother Earth in the form of nutritional, spiritual, emotional and physical support, led to a pregnancy, natural home birth and postnatal period where I was nourished deeply. I am truly humbled and grateful.

Having my own empowered and healthy pregnancy and birth experience in full immersion of all the beautiful intensity it can bring, cultivated deeper my desire to dive further in my knowledge and service to spiritual midwifery. Honouring to now also support women as a birth keeper & mother and baby ally.

With already having certification in herbology, yoga, breath coach, hypnotherapy, womb healing, energy/shamanic healing and now a training doula I offer support to Mothers (and families) as:

Prenatal Doula, Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula.

Pre and Post Natal Yoga practitioner, space holder for Women and their families in ceremony and community.
