Broadway veteran Douglas Graham returns with Broadway Cabaret, his live performance series celebrating the songs, performers and eras that made Broadway unforgettable.
For its second show, Broadway Cabaret: The ’70s turns back the clock to one of the most exciting decades in American music and theater — an evening of Broadway favorites, iconic songs and powerhouse vocals performed in an intimate cabaret setting.
Douglas, whose Broadway and National Tour credits include Dancin’, A Chorus Line, Cats, The Phantom of the Operaand Chicago, is joined by an accomplished cast of featured guests:
Linda Ceniceros
A Coachella Valley native and dynamic vocalist whose performances have taken her around the country. Locally, she has appeared with celebrated cabaret artists Jim Caruso and Billy Stritch at The Purple Room, along with numerous theatrical and concert appearances.
Theresa Jewett
An award-winning actress moving fluidly between comedy, drama and song. A multiple Desert Star Award winner for Clybourne Park, Motherhood Out Loud and DETC's Showstoppers!, she has appeared in SWEAT, The Addams Familyand The Light in the Piazza opposite Davis Gaines. She was featured in Meteor Shower and appears onscreen in Where the Bears Are.
Leslie Tinnaro
Leslie has played the title role in Evita both in Los Angeles and on Broadway. Since moving to the Valley, she has appeared with CVRep as Pauline in Ballroom, Helen in Fun Home and Fraulein Schneider in Cabaret, and has presented her own cabaret, Back to Before.
Among her favorite roles are Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady, Mama Rose in Gypsy, Julie in Show Boat and Lili in Carnival. A seasoned cabaret performer, she has brought her voice and storytelling to countless intimate stages over the course of her career.
Seth Hampton
A SAG-AFTRA, AEA and AGVA performer whose Broadway, national and international stage credits include A Chorus Line, Jesus Christ Superstar, Starlight Express, Evita and Cathy Rigby Is Peter Pan.
His one-man show, Gotta Move!, directed by Jason Graae, earned him a 2012 BroadwayWorld Theater Award nomination for Best Male Cabaret Artist and was later developed into a film. Television credits include Will & Grace, CSI, Hot in Cleveland and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.
Kurt Jordan — Music Director
Pianist, composer and music director Kurt Jordan has worked extensively throughout the Coachella Valley in musical theater, cabaret and concert performance. His credits include work with Modern Men, Coachella Valley Classical Voices, College of the Desert and numerous theatrical productions.
Together, they bring decades of Broadway, national touring, regional theater, television, cabaret and concert experience to the stage for the second installment of Douglas Graham’s Broadway Cabaret series.

The Venue
Spirit Animal, located inside Hotel Zoso, is Take Five’s premium live entertainment venue — formerly Pretty Faces Nightclub and Sirocco — reimagined as a retro-inspired psychedelic supper club.
Featuring state-of-the-art sound and lighting, comfortable table seating and a non-smoking environment, Spirit Animal was built for immersive dinner-show experiences where music hits deep and the vibe runs strong.
