DDfB is an official, practitioner-led workshop tool developed by the Doughnut Economics Action Lab. It helps organisations translate Doughnut Economics into practical strategy, decision-making, and organisational design within ecological limits.

This is designed for organisations and teams who are:
· exploring or already engaged in sustainability, ESG, or climate initiatives including certification
· B Corps, social enterprises, not-for-profits, or those considering this direction
· curious about ideas such as Doughnut Economics, ecological economics, degrowth, wellbeing or regenerative economies, and looking to apply them in practice
· seeking to connect these perspectives to strategy, decision-making, and organisational direction
Typical participants include:
· leadership teams
· sustainability / ESG leads
· strategy or transformation teams
· cross-functional groups building shared direction

👥 Workshop format
Flexible formats depending on your starting point:
· Presentation & Q&A (45 mins)
· Introduction session (2.5 hours)
· Full Doughnut Design for Business™ workshop (5–6 hours)
Suitable for single teams or multiple sessions to roll-out across an organisation.
Micro and small businesses may also collaborate to form a shared workshop group (with a suitable venue).
📍 Location
Delivered on-site or off-site by arrangement.
Facilitator is based in Sydney, with in-person delivery available locally, regionally, and interstate.
