MUSIC IS BETTER LIVE!We invite you to share an afternoon of great live music with us, in a relaxed setting with comfy seats! Doug Spears w/ Ron & Bari brings together three veteran Florida musicians for an afternoon of songs, stories, humor and richly textured acoustic music. Spears is a fifth-generation Floridian, songwriter and storyteller whose original music draws on the people, places and experiences that shape a life well traveled. Ron Litschauer is an accomplished guitarist and mandolin player whose tasteful, intuitive accompaniment has made him a longtime favorite among Florida folk and acoustic musicians, while Bari Litschauer adds her own trademark distinctive touch on banjo and tenor guitar. Together, the trio blends Doug’s original songs, folk and Americana influences, warm harmonies and an easy onstage chemistry that makes every performance feel like an afternoon among old friends.
