About this Event
Join us on Saturday, May 9th at 3pm for a relaxing workshop that blends gentle yoga with the meditative practice of creating dot mandalas.
We’ll begin with a yoga flow to open the body, quiet the mind, and prepare you for a mindful art session. Afterward, you’ll learn the meditative practice making of mandala dots with patterns, paint, and with a warm community. All materials will be provided, and you’ll leave with your finished artwork to take home.
