Dorothy POP! is a new monthly pop dance party hosted by Scissor with music by Memoirs featuring the hottest queer drag & burlesque talent throughout the night. Join us for our debut on May 16th!
Our first event celebrates the musical stylings of Y2K along with all of the metallic, glitter, butterfly clips and matching jean head-to-toe outfits you can manage.
Y2K music only power hours play from 8-10pm followed by performances by Scissor, Winter Diorr & Yur Unkle with kitten support by Venus Cuntess! The dancefloor & performances continue with a mix of Y2K and more modern pop hits until Midnight.
Doors at 6pm and our $10 cover starts at 8pm. Get in early for a cover free night!
Please note: RSVPs do not guarentee entry nor are they in lieu of a cover charge at the door. RSVPs serve as calendar reminders and anticipated attendance for our staff. RSVPs are not required for entry.

ABOUT THE PERFORMERS
Scissor has teamed up with the Dorothy team to produce a monthly pop music dance party to create a space for lesbians and sapphics to dance, mingle & embrace the joy that has longtime been embodied by the pop music genre. Scissor is a lesbian temptress who charms the room with her wit, cheekiness & lack of clothing. She is a tattooed party girl with lover boy tendencies. Part time drag queen, full time diva.
You know Yur Unkle loves lesbians, drag kings and a xxxdirty martini’s. LET’S PARTY!
Sweetheart of Chicago Winter Diorr brings an electrifying performance to match her personality lighting up any room she walks in.
Venus Cuntess is an artist and dyke who is enthusiastic about disco and being a dyke. Find her reading tarot and shaking her ass around the city!
Memoirs hosts Emo Nights at Dorothy and is known for fun, energetic, community-oriented sing-a-long sets. She's thrilled to debut a monthly pop party and can't wait to sing with all of you. Hayley Williams will always be involved. Follow her @whitneycurates
