About this Event
Doral Business Solutions Exchange: Vendors, Partners & Growth
Most business networking events ask you to walk into a room, introduce yourself repeatedly and hope one conversation becomes useful.
Doral Business Solutions Exchange takes a different approach.
Instead of speed networking or open-ended pitching, attendees arrive with one current business need:
What are you trying to solve in the next 90 days?
It might involve finding a better vendor, improving operations, reaching new clients, solving a technology problem, finding a professional service provider or identifying a potential business partner.
The room is then organized around practical working conversations rather than sales pitches.
HOW THE FORMAT WORKS
Business Need Check-In
Each attendee completes a private Business Need Card identifying one current operating priority and the types of expertise, vendor or business relationship that may be useful.
These cards are used by the event team for table placement. They are not posted publicly.
Solution Tables
Small working tables are organized around broad business needs such as:
- Growth & Client Acquisition
- Operations & Technology
- Professional Services
- Property & Business Infrastructure
- Trade, Logistics & Vendor Relationships
The final table configuration depends on attendee submissions so that empty or irrelevant categories are not forced into the event.
Two Structured Working Rounds
Instead of delivering a public elevator pitch, each participant has time to explain a real business problem, hear relevant experience from the table and identify useful next conversations.
Open Solution Window
The final part of the event allows attendees to return to the people, vendors or professionals most relevant to their needs.
No speed-dating timer. No mandatory room-wide presentation.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Paid attendee admission includes guaranteed entry, all structured working rounds, Business Need Card materials, light refreshments, access to the Open Solution Window and the post-event opt-in connection resource.
Contact information is shared only when the attendee explicitly chooses to be included.
Participation does not guarantee referrals, sales, contracts, customers or business outcomes.
STRICT BUSINESS CONDUCT POLICY
The event is built for professional conversation and reciprocal business value.
MLM recruitment, unsolicited financial solicitation, repeated aggressive pitching, attendee-list harvesting and pressure-selling are not permitted.
Company package holders receive defined visibility benefits, but they must follow the same conduct rules as all other attendees.
