Dopamine Dress Silent Disco
At this sunset hour Silent Disco we'll all be moving to the same playlist while Rachel (aka DJ Rae) gives us beginner-friendly instruction for an hour of fun and movement.
The dress code is Clash-Day-Meets-Derby-Party-with-a-Halloween-twist. Wear what makes you happy -- bold colors, sequins, tulle... anything that says "I came here to have fun!" Bring your people or come solo ready to mingle. Arrive polished or gloriously over-the-top.
Expect a sing-a-long, as the noise cancelling feature of the headphones naturally lowers inhibitions and encourages clearing of the throat chakra. ;) Concerned about being overstimulated? These headphones have personal volume control to match your comfort level.
Bring water and your willingness to move, laugh, and have a ridiculously good time. 🎧✨
