YogaMatt invites you to join him at The Spa at Sacred Grounds located in Ephraim, Door County and offers to you a weekend of pure joy, peace, serenity, and healing.
The weekend begins Friday night at 6:00 pm with a Welcome Gathering at the Spa followed by an extra special deep relaxation experience preparing you for a restful evening.
Saturday we start the day with breakfast followed with an invigorating hike in the woods. After our woods walk, off to the yoga studio for an invigorating and powerful yoga practice to unite our mind body connection. After lunch break we will explore the realm of healing and oneness with yoga, spa massage, steam/sauna, aromatherapy, and a sound meditation to end the day by 5:30 pm. On breaks between activities enjoy reading or journaling by the fire with a warm cup of tea or take a refreshing stroll around the Sacred Grounds.
Enjoy Saturday night to yourself or with new friends and chose from one of the many fabulous Door County dining establishments nearby.
Sunday morning will begin with breakfast followed by a peaceful and healing restorative yoga session. The weekend will conclude with a reflective closing ceremony focusing on the Autumn season of transformation to come. Our weekend will close by 12:00 pm noon on Sunday.
This weekend will be blissful and guide you through all your wonderful senses. Nature, Spa, Yoga, Reflection, and Community. Enjoy the wonderful Fall ambiance of Door County. I cannot fully express in words how amazing and awesome this experience will be! Spots are limited and this event weekend will sell out so do not hesitiate to register sooner than later.
The Church Hill Inn Bed and Breakfast located in Sister Bay is also partnering with YogaMatt to provide lodging options for our group at a special rate so do not hesitate to contact them to help you with your accommodations. If you chose to come a night early or stay a night after or both The Church Hill will honor our group rate for those nights as well. Daily breakfast is included with your stay. When booking be sure to mention you are with the Yoga Retreat.
