About this Event
Join the Doodlebug Adventures 8 Week Fall Wellness Season!
Doodlebug's Fall Wellness Season is a nature and play-based program designed to help children build strong physical, mental, and emotional health.
We'll guide kids—and their caregivers—through super fun activities that foster gratitude, mindfulness, connection to nature, and emotional regulation...plus provide plenty of unstructured exploration time.
The season will help us grow in body, mind, and heart:
Feeling Centered: Focuses on the benefits of healthy outdoor time, connecting to the earth, moving bodies, and practicing mindful breathing techniques.
Taking Leaps: Explores healthy risk-taking, embracing change, and learning to manage both successes and challenges.
Strong Connections: Highlights the power of gratitude and building solid relationships with family, friends, community, and the planet.
