Doodle Drop-Ins: Intuitive Art for Healing is a meditative, expressive art practice for regulation & grounding.
We’ll slow down, follow the lines, and let the nervous system soften through gentle doodling and intuitive mark making. No art skills required. No pressure to create something “beautiful”. Just a simple practice of presence, flow and trust.
All art supplies are included. Show up as you are.
Space is limited to 12 people, please claim your spot as soon as possible if you plan to attend. Energy exchange is $22.22.
