Meet Your Instructor: Anna King
"My own journey through chronic illness inspired me to become a nurse and provide compassionate care to people experiencing difficult life transitions. Navigating the world of healthcare, I have come to realize how confusing and inaccessible it can be to receive guided assistance to manage or change health behaviors. I believe the path to better health begins with self-compassion, empowerment, and taking action aligned with your goals. I partner with individuals to navigate through the process of change and promote whole-person health and well-being."
Come ready to learn, share ideas, and find your own recipe for a happier, healthier holiday season. Because wellness and holiday indulgence can absolutely share a table!
