On Wednesday, December 30, 2026 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, Salinair Salt Room Spa is hosting Don't Set Another Damn Resolution: A Hypnotic New Year Reset, led by Gloria Jensenius.
You don't need to become a completely different person when the clock strikes midnight.
This guided hypnosis experience is an opportunity to release some of what you don't want to carry into the new year, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with how you want to feel moving forward.
No rigid resolutions. No pressure to reinvent yourself.

Anyone who wants a thoughtful, peaceful alternative to traditional New Year's resolutions and is tired of the pressure to reinvent themselves every January.
How the session works
- One hour in the Large Salt Cave, with halotherapy running for the first 45 minutes
- Guided hypnosis focused on reflection, release, and relaxation, and on setting how you want to feel in the new year
- You stay aware and in control the whole time, and Gloria eases you into hypnosis
- Wear comfortable clothing. There is nothing to prepare.
New to halotherapy?
Halotherapy means breathing in salt. A commercial halogenerator grinds pharmaceutical-grade salt into particles fine enough to breathe and releases them into the cave while you rest. The practice began in the salt mines of Eastern Europe, and Salinair Salt Room Spa has offered it in Rochester Hills for 12+ years. During this event you get 45 minutes of active halotherapy, a $50 value on its own, included in your ticket. A session delivers no more than 45 mg of salt. Halotherapy is a complementary wellness practice and does not replace medical care.
About Gloria Jensenius
Gloria Jensenius is the founder of Current Within, formerly Harmony Healing. She is a natural scientist with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, and her own health history deepened her interest in how modern knowledge, traditional practices, the body, and the mind connect. Her training includes natural health, hypnosis, Reiki, and energy-based modalities. Current Within grew from a wish to make that blend feel clear, human, and useful in everyday life, a place where science, spirituality, and practical wellness can meet, without pressure, performance, or pretense.
