Join us for a complimentary Yoga Teacher Training Open House and class on:

This special in-person experience begins with a yoga class led by Kanan Kapila and Karena, giving you the opportunity to experience The VASTU Yoga Method firsthand and connect with the lead instructors before learning more about the training.
