✨Donation-Based Trauma Sensitive Yoga Session✨
If you are craving community, feeling more connected to yourself, and finding safe ways to move your body, this embodied movement session may be for you.
Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is a gentle form of yoga where you can explore how choice, safety, and physical awareness can support you in your healing. My hope is to foster community and connection with others alongside a deepening connection to ourselves. Open to all levels of experience and physical abilities!
Mary Bobowiec is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and certified facilitator of TCTSY who offers trauma healing groups in the Gainesville community and beyond. This session will be a chance for you to try out this style of yoga and be in community with others who are seeking grounding and healing just like you.
When:
This donation-based session will be held monthly on Mondays from 6pm - 7:15pm
(July 20th, August 17th, September 21st, October 19th, November 16th)
Where:
In person at Gainesville Healing House (a wonderful trauma-focused therapy practice in town)
