Come enjoy a sound bath under the old oak trees, beneath the moon! I offer this to the Cedar Park community once a month as a way to make sound therapy more accessible to everyone.I sing ethereal tones and play various instruments at 432 hz, which is a healing frequency. Come get out of your head, regulate your nervous system and ease muscle tension.
What to bring: yoga mat and blanket for coziness
