Our meditation & mantra sessions are great for new meditators, as well as those looking to deepen their current meditation practice.Meditating alongside others is a beautiful way to connect to your inner sense of calm, to connect with others in your community, and to start your day. Stay and enjoy a cup of tea after the meditation.
Our meditation & mantra sessions are offered in exchange for donations. Each month we pick a Community Connection Partner that are charity organizations tied to our members or teachers!
