➡️ WORKSHOP 2: DELINEATE, DOPAMINE, DELEGATE & DELETE: Organizing with Intent and Reclaiming Your Life
In this interactive session, you will build on the clarity developed in Workshop 1 and begin organizing your responsibilities around what matters most.
Together, we will examine how boundaries, motivation, distraction, guilt, and expectations influence the choices we make—and develop practical strategies for responding differently.
Attended Workshop 1? Bring what you discovered.
Joining us for the first time? You will receive the context and tools you need to participate fully.
