The Dhaka Medical College Internal Medicine Interest Group (DMC IMIG), in collaboration with the ACP Bangladesh Chapter, is delighted to announce Cardiovascular Examination 1.0: From Signs to Diagnosis — a hands-on clinical skills workshop designed to strengthen the bedside examination skills and clinical reasoning of undergraduate medical students.

• Inspection and palpation
• Identification of the apex beat
• Assessment of heaves and thrills
• Systematic cardiac auscultation
🔊 3. Heart Sounds & Murmurs
• First and second heart sounds (S1 and S2)
• Recognition of added heart sounds
• Identification of common cardiac murmurs
• Murmur characterization, including timing and radiation
🔬 4. Clinical Correlation: From Signs to Diagnosis
• Recognizing important bedside findings
• Linking examination findings with clinical diagnoses
• Examination findings in common valvular heart diseases
• Clinical examination of heart failure
• Case-based clinical discussion
