**IMPORTANT:** Please arrive early. The boat departs at 6:00 PM sharp. Every passenger must complete the required boat waiver and sign the passenger manifest before boarding. Ticket purchase alone does not replace these requirements.

All guests are **required to complete and submit the boat waiver PRIOR TO BOARDING**. Completion of the waiver is mandatory for every passenger and is required to board the vessel. Guests must also sign the **passenger manifest upon arrival**.
**Boarding begins at 5:00 PM and the boat departs promptly at 6:00 PM.** Please arrive early to allow enough time for check-in. Guests who arrive after departure will not be able to board and will **not receive a refund or credit**.
No refunds will be issued for **no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to complete the required waiver prior to boarding**.
