We’re taking The R&B Brunch on the road.
On Sunday, October 11th, after The R&B Brunch at Château Walnut Creek, we’re loading up the bus and heading directly to Toyota Pavilion at Concord to see TLC live.
But this isn’t just transportation to the concert.
DJ Heartbreak will be DJing LIVE on the bus, turning the ride to Concord into its own R&B experience featuring classics, throwbacks, sing-alongs, deep cuts and, of course, plenty of TLC favorites to get everyone ready for the show.
Think of it as the official after-brunch, pre-concert party.
Come to brunch. Get on the bus. Grab a drink. Sing your heart out. Head to TLC. Then let us bring you right back to Walnut Creek when the concert is over.
No worrying about concert traffic. No expensive rideshare surge. No figuring out who’s driving.
We’re handling the ride — and DJ Heartbreak is handling the soundtrack.
TICKET PRICING
Space is extremely limited, and pricing increases as each tier sells out.

TIER TWO: $75
FINAL TIER: $90
Every tier includes the same experience. The only difference is when you purchase.
The earlier you secure your seat, the less you pay.

THE SCHEDULE
DEPARTURE FROM WALNUT CREEK
Pickup Location: Château Walnut Creek
The bus is scheduled to depart at approximately 5:30 PM on Sunday, October 11th.
Please arrive early and be ready to board before departure.
We cannot hold the entire bus for late guests.
If you miss the departure from Château, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation to Toyota Pavilion.
Missing the bus does not qualify you for a refund.
Once everyone is aboard, DJ Heartbreak takes over and we’re heading directly to Concord.
AFTER THE CONCERT
After TLC finishes, the bus will remain at the designated pickup area for approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of the concert.
Guests should exit the venue and make their way back to the designated pickup location promptly.
Specific pickup instructions will be communicated to riders as needed.
Once the post-concert pickup window has ended, the bus will depart and return directly to:
Château Walnut Creek
This is the ONLY return/drop-off location.
There will be no individual residential stops, hotel stops, or additional destinations.
If you miss the return bus, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation.
IMPORTANT: CONCERT & BRUNCH ADMISSION ARE NOT INCLUDED

This ticket is for the R&B Brunch to TLC transportation experience only.
Your ticket does NOT include:
• Admission to The R&B Brunch at Château
• A ticket to the TLC concert
• Food or beverages at Château
• Parking
• Merchandise
• Any other service or admission not specifically listed
Every rider is responsible for purchasing and possessing their own valid TLC concert ticket.
You are welcome to purchase the bus experience whether or not you attend brunch beforehand, but you must be at Château in time for departure.
21+ ONLY
This experience is strictly 21 and over.
Guests should be prepared to present a valid physical government-issued photo ID before boarding.
If you cannot verify that you are 21+, you may be denied boarding without refund.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Yes, guests 21+ may drink onboard, subject to BUSIN policies and applicable laws.
However:
NO OUTSIDE HARD LIQUOR IS PERMITTED ON THE BUS.
Do not arrive with bottles of tequila, vodka, cognac, whiskey, rum, or other hard liquor expecting to bring them onboard.
Most importantly: know your limit.
We want everyone to enjoy themselves, but guests are expected to drink responsibly and remain in control of their behavior throughout the experience.
Excessive intoxication that creates a safety issue for yourself, the driver, staff, or other passengers will not be tolerated.
SECURITY & SEARCH POLICY
Your safety is our priority.
ALL RIDERS SHOULD EXPECT TO BE SEARCHED FOR WEAPONS BEFORE BOARDING.
Weapons of any kind are prohibited.
A security guard will also be onboard the bus throughout the experience.
By purchasing a ticket and participating, guests agree to cooperate with reasonable security procedures and instructions from BUSIN personnel, Heartbroken Entertainment Group staff, security, and event representatives.
Anyone refusing required security procedures may be denied boarding without refund.
ZERO-TOLERANCE BEHAVIOR POLICY
This is supposed to be fun.
We’re getting together to listen to R&B, see TLC, enjoy ourselves and make sure everybody gets there and back safely.
Keep it that simple.
There will be zero tolerance for:
• Fighting
• Threats or intimidation
• Harassment
• Aggressive or disruptive behavior
• Weapons
• Deliberate property damage
• Interfering with or distracting the driver
• Tampering with bus equipment
• Excessive intoxication that creates a safety concern
• Any behavior that jeopardizes the safety or experience of other riders
Anyone creating an unsafe or seriously disruptive environment may be removed from the experience without refund.
If a guest is removed from the experience away from Walnut Creek, that guest will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING
There is NO smoking onboard the bus.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and any other smoked substance.
Guests must respect the vehicle and comply with all BUSIN policies while onboard.
CLEANING, DAMAGE & VOMITING POLICY
We want everyone to have a great time, but you are responsible for your actions onboard the bus.
If a guest vomits inside the vehicle, damages the bus, breaks equipment, excessively soils the interior, or otherwise causes a situation requiring additional cleaning or repair, that guest may be held financially responsible for the resulting cleaning, repair, damage, or other charges assessed because of their actions.
Those charges can be significant.
Please drink responsibly.
If you begin feeling sick or believe you may need assistance, tell security or event staff immediately. Do not wait until the situation becomes an avoidable cleaning or safety issue.
Respect the bus. Respect the driver. Respect the staff. Respect the people riding with you.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
This is an R&B experience, so expect some cameras along the way.
Photography and video recording may take place during the trip.
By participating, guests acknowledge that their image, likeness and/or voice may appear in photography or video captured by DJ Heartbreak, Heartbroken Entertainment Group, BUSIN, Château, or authorized media partners for promotional, advertising, recap, and social media purposes.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
Transportation tickets are non-refundable unless the transportation experience itself is canceled by the organizer.
Missing the initial departure or the post-concert return departure does not qualify for a refund.
Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup locations on time.
Departure and return times are approximate and may be affected by concert timing, traffic, venue operations, road conditions, law enforcement traffic controls, or other circumstances outside of the organizer’s control.
Heartbroken Entertainment Group and BUSIN will make reasonable efforts to keep riders informed of any significant changes.
ONE FULL R&B SUNDAY.
Start at The R&B Brunch in Walnut Creek.
Then the brunch ends, but the R&B doesn’t.
Get on the bus.
DJ Heartbreak goes live.
We turn up the R&B, run through the classics, sing some TLC at the top of our lungs and head straight to Concord to see the real thing.
Then, when the concert is over, get back onboard and let us handle the ride back to Walnut Creek.
R&B BRUNCH → LIVE DJ PARTY BUS → TLC → WALNUT CREEK
That’s the experience.
