Anniken Min is the creator of ?????? and founder of ???? ???? ??????, where she facilitates safe, engaging and transformative spaces for exploring the body, energy and consciousness through workshops, retreats and courses.
She combines extensive experience in personal development with practices in life-force activation, meditation, hypnosis and somatic bodywork to support nervous system regulation, deep inner processes and lasting transformation.
Anniken was initiated into Transcendental Meditation at the age of seven, which became the foundation for a lifelong exploration of consciousness, spirituality and the innate potential of human beings. Through her work, she bridges the earthly and the spiritual – connecting embodied presence, energy work and inner growth.
She has also deepened her understanding of human psychology through her previous work with Oslo Municipality, focusing on trauma awareness, mental health, pedagogy and anger management. This experience forms a strong foundation for her holistic and grounded approach.
