Somatic Meditation & Silent Beach Dance for Women
A Sacred Evening by the Ocean
Gather with us at the water’s edge for an evening of movement, meditation, music, sisterhood, and sacred connection.
Wearing wireless headphones, we begin with a guided meditation and grounding practice, arriving fully in our bodies and connecting with the Earth beneath us. From this place of stillness, we gently move into somatic movement, listening inward and allowing the body to lead.
From there, we will move through gentle somatic practices designed to awaken the senses, release stored tension and energy, and create space for greater freedom and presence. As the music builds, we journey into intuitive, free-form dance as the sun sets over the ocean—an invitation to release, open, and awaken the feminine energy within.
Guided by Kim DeLand, Intuitive Energy Healer and Somatic Dancer, we will draw upon the elements—Earth, Water, Air, and Fire—deepening our connection to nature, intuition, one another, and the Divine Feminine.
There are no steps to learn and nothing to perfect. Simply listen to your body, trust your intuition, and allow yourself to move in whatever way feels true.
