Each month, I activate the soul energy, the Kundalini energy into the next chakra, gently opening the next layer of the soul. This steady, disciplined progression allows the body, mind, and spirit to harmonize with the rising flow of energy. Because each chakra needs approximately 21 days to fully integrate and adjust, moving through them over a 12-month period provides the safest and most balanced way to experience the journey. This rhythm supports deep healing, stability, and alignment as the awakening unfolds layer by layer.
This month we will be focusing on the SACRAL chakra. We will be working with the energies to release the negative Miasma attached to sexual trauma, co-dependency, people pleasing, inner child and the mother wound energy that lies within the SACRAL chakra, holding you back from having strong boundaries and a sense of self love in your relationships.
