Family Constellations offers a powerful space to explore the unseen dynamics, loyalties, and patterns that can move through our family systems and influence the way we experience relationships, belonging, love, and life.
In this experiential session, we will gather as a sacred community and create space for Family Constellations for those who feel called to participate. Through the constellation process, participants may bring forward a relationship, recurring pattern, emotional experience, or life circumstance they would like to explore.
As many constellations as time allows will be facilitated during our gathering. Those who do not have a constellation will still have the opportunity to participate as representatives or witnesses, allowing the wisdom of the process to touch the entire group.
Gabriela will facilitate this session, and together we will listen beneath the surface, honor what has been, and create space for greater awareness, compassion, belonging, and freedom.
This is not about changing or judging our families. It is about seeing what is ready to be seen, honoring what came before us, and discovering where we may be ready to step into a new way of being.
What we carry does not always begin with us. And what we consciously see, honor, and release can transform what we carry forward.
