Sometimes the medicine we need is connection.
We live in a world that asks women to do so much. We work, achieve, plan, organize, take care of others, make decisions, and hold so much together. Many of us spend most of our days in that “doing” energy, with very little space to soften, receive, feel, and simply be.
And although we are more connected than ever, many women are quietly craving something deeper: Real connection. A space to feel seen, heard, supported, and surrounded by other women without having to perform or be anything other than who they are.
This circle is an invitation to put everything down for a little while.
To breathe.
To soften.
To come back into your body and your heart.
To reconnect with yourself and with other women.
Women have gathered together for generations to share, witness, heal, laugh, cry, and remind one another that we were never meant to navigate everything alone.
Throughout our time together, Wanda will gently guide you through an experience that may include meditation, hypnotherapy, reflection, sound, gentle somatic practices, and meaningful heart-to-heart connection.
There is nothing to accomplish here. Nothing to fix. Nothing you need to do perfectly.

Wanda Solla is the founder of Wanda Solla Healing Arts, a Certified Transformational Coach, hypnotherapist, meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner, and Teacher of Presence, with over 20 years of personal practice in inner work and emotional well-being.
Her work blends mindfulness, meditation, hypnotherapy, Reiki, sound, and gentle somatic awareness to help women move beyond unnecessary suffering, transform emotional pain and limiting patterns, and reconnect with who they truly are.
Her circles are not about becoming someone new. They are about creating the space to come home to yourself.
