Come and gather in circle with Sunni & Sophia as we take a deep dive into the divine feminine and learn about our cyclical wisdom with therapeutic movement, sharing, stories, yoga nidra and sound.In these two nourishing hours, we’ll enjoy some gentle movement to honour the season, learn about our inner seasons, inner power and how we might shift our practises to align with our cyclical nature.
Each session closes with a deeply restorative & nourishing sound bath, where you can pause and surrender, taking a moment to rest in your awareness.
From menarche to menopause and beyond, this women’s circle is open to women of all ages and yoga experience levels. The movement we will be doing is very gentle and doesn’t require any previous knowledge of yoga to attend.
