Directions:
This is a nice and convenient trail. If you stray from the trail that goes right around the lake, though, it’s very bumpy - lots of roots. It has several offshoots from the trail to various other greenways. Part of the trail is paved and part of the trail is a natural surface with tree roots.
Remember, this does not necessarily have to be a Unit event…please spread the word to our Scouting families and promote the hikes as “family events”! All you need to bring is a good pair of walking shoes, plenty of water and your enthusiasm. Nature will provide the rest!
