Most of us look for our purpose with our minds, planning, analysing, waiting for clarity that never quite arrives. But your Soul’s Purpose isn’t a thinking question. It’s an intuitive one.
This fortnightly workshop starts with Ikigai, the Japanese framework for finding your reason for being, and then takes you somewhere far more personal: into the intuitive wisdom that already knows exactly why you are here.

Each 90-minute session follows a simple, grounded structure:
- A guided opening meditation to arrive in your body and set your intention
- A short, focused teaching, beginning with Ikigai and moving into deeper intuitive territory
- Guided partner and group exercises to sense and trust your own inner knowing
- A closing sharing circle to integrate and connect
New students receive a PDF guide at their first session. No experience needed, just curiosity.

About Your Host
Cindy is the founder of Reiki the People, an energy healer, intuitive coach and psychic working at the intersection of Reiki, chakra work and Soul’s Purpose. She works with clients who know, on some level, that their life is not yet fully reflecting their gift.
Her work is grounded in the belief that purpose is not something you find. It is something you remember. And the body, the energy body in particular, is the most reliable map back to it.
She has held space for individuals and groups in London and online, and her 1:1 sessions, workshops and group programmes have helped clients move from chronic confusion to energetic clarity.
