The tone you’re drawn to.
The pause between sounds.
The confidence to stop wondering if you’re doing it ‘right’ and simply listen.
Chime & Calm Bowl Foundations is a relaxed, hands-on day to explore 𝐓𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐧-𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞, 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐬 with plenty of time to play, experiment and discover what feels natural to you.
We’ll finish the day by putting the mallets down, getting comfortable and experiencing a guided Chime & Calm Sound Journey together.
And perhaps you’ll go home hearing the bowls , and yourself ,a little differently.
