Find your family's perfect fit at Children's Day School. We invite you to schedule your in-person preschool tour and see firsthand what top-tier early childhood care looks like in action. As an inclusive San Francisco independent school, CDS partners with you to provide a deeply nurturing environment for your child. During this tour, you will discover:
🌳 Purpose-Built Spaces: Explore our early childhood "Treehouse," a space purposefully designed for progressive early childhood education, featuring a dedicated art studio, makerspace, and rooftop playground.
🧩 Real Learning Through Play: Our competency-based curriculum builds key skills starting at age 3. Through inquiry projects that follow your child's interests, students learn to explore their world, think critically, and develop a genuine love of learning.
🌱 Nature in the City: Experience unique farm-based learning and outdoor education right in San Francisco. Our hands-on farm program with chickens, sheep, and a garden is designed for building empathy and curiosity in our youngest students.
🤝 Expert Teachers: Meet our expert early childhood educators who have an average of 15+ years of experience in early childhood education. With an 8:1 student-teacher ratio and three teachers per classroom, your child gets the attention they deserve from educators who truly understand child development.
We look forward to showing you the magic of CDS!
