Disco (Stone) Soup - October 1

Thursday evening (weather permitting).

5:30pm - 8pm

Outdoors, at the Front Street Oven in Robie Tufts Park, Wolfville

• Have you heard of the folklore tale of Stone Soup? Long story short, a village places a stone in a pot of boiling water and add to it little by little, until there is a nourishing meal for everyone to enjoy
• We'll be making our own version of Stone Soup, complete with great music to move and groove to while we cook together
• Experiment with local food & cooking with fire. Learn to cook in a wood-fired oven, creating new recipes with your community.
• Cook, learn and be together as a community, connect with friends old and new, and have a fun time!
• A space where everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. Our goal at the oven is to have everyone in our community feel comfortable participating.

All cooked up with a side of community spirit!

• A veggie, side, dessert, or simply yourself
• A spirit of participation!
• Any other food you may like to enjoy for a picnic in the park
• Plates and cutlery for your group
