The PracticeTraining, Repetition & Growth
The middle weekend of this residency is all about putting in the work.
This is our hardcore training weekend, with a bit of a boot camp vibe. Brenda and William will bring the exercises and training methods they use themselves, giving us the opportunity to work through them together.
Expect focused practice, repetition and challenges designed to push your dancing further. We’ll work on developing strength, awareness and consistency, while learning how to approach practice with purpose.
This weekend is about showing up, getting stuck in and embracing the work that helps us grow.
