This workshop provides a space to practice communicating and gain insights into what drives behaviour. Perfect for managing projects, dealing with customers, and resolving team challenges.
DISC is a behaviour assessment tool that evaluates four primary styles:
� Dominance (D): Direct, results-oriented
� Influence (I): Charismatic, communicative
� Steadiness (S): Reliable, nurturing
� Compliance (C): Analytical, detail-oriented
Most of us are a blend of these styles, making understanding your unique mix incredibly empowering.
WORKSHOP DETAILS
Arrive at 9.45am for a 10am sharp start.
Attendees will receive a four-page report with their DISC profile to discuss during the workshop. You will be sent a survey to complete one week prior.

YOUR FACILITATOR - EMILY RE, LIFE-LAB
Emily helps her clients better understand themselves, so they can be more effective and productive professionally, and personally. She is a consultant and expert facilitator in self-leadership, conflict resolution, organisational effectiveness and career development. She draws on her background in primary education with international exposure and her lived experience as a parent to neurodivergent children. She naturally engages people with her warmth, approachable nature and a healthy dose of humour. Emily is a DISC profile accredited consultant.
