With Velobande, we’re taking you from the streets of Berlin onto gravel roads, forest trails and quiet paths through Brandenburg — all the way to a beautiful lake where the real fun begins. We start in Berlin and quickly trade busy streets for gravel, forests, open fields and hidden paths. The route takes you deep into Brandenburg, giving you a completely different side of the Berlin area. Expect a mix of gravel roads, forest tracks, countryside and smooth stretches where you can simply enjoy the ride. No sightseeing bus. No crowded tourist spots. Just you, your bike and the road ahead.

Along the way, there’s plenty of time to stop, grab a drink, take some photos and enjoy the landscape. The pace is relaxed and social — this is about having a great day on the bike, not smashing a KOM. And yes, there might be a few dusty legs by the end. That’s part of the experience. Berlin’s wild side Brandenburg is surprisingly close to Berlin, but once you’re out there, it feels like another world. Forests, lakes, tiny villages, open landscapes and miles of gravel make this the perfect playground for a proper adventure outside the city. It’s the kind of ride where you stop checking Google Maps and start wondering what’s around the next corner. Finish the ride. Hit the water. After the ride, we arrive at the lake — and that’s when you get to choose your next move.

Bike or wakeboard? Why not both? If you’re up for it, grab a wakeboard and take the adventure from the gravel to the water. Whether you’re already comfortable on a board or want to give it a try for the first time, the wakeboarding session is the perfect way to finish the day. And if wakeboarding isn’t your thing, no problem. Kick back, jump in the lake, grab a drink and enjoy the ride’s finish.
