Two days. One scene. Direct work with a theatre director.
Whether you`re beginning your acting journey or looking to deepen your craft, this is an opportunity to get inside a scene and work directly under Sumedh Sarojini`s direction.
Build a complete scene from scratch with a scene partner. Explore character, circumstances and relationships. Experiment, rehearse, receive individual direction and take your scene through to performance.
WHAT MAKES THIS LAB DIFFERENT
This is practical, director-led scene work. You don`t just learn about acting; you put it into practice, make choices, receive direction and discover how your performance develops through rehearsal.
Sumedh`s approach draws on his study of Stanislavski, Uta Hagen, Michael Chekhov, Laban Movement Analysis and Ancient Greek Theatre, bringing these influences into the work of building a truthful, compelling scene.
