Directed - A Hands-on Lighting Workshop

Directed is a hands-on lighting workshop for photographers who want to truly understand studio light — not just copy setups, but direct them. Across the afternoon, you'll shoot three signature looks with two professional models, full hair, makeup, and styling:

• Floral full-length editorial
• Tight beauty look
• Clean high-contrast setup

Each look starts with a live lighting demo — we build the setup in front of you and explain what every modifier does and why — then you get dedicated one-on-one shooting time to capture it yourself and build your portfolio.

Led by Nirvaani (@studionirvaani) and Biljana (@biljana_photographer) two Toronto-area photographers.

All lighting gear, sets, and models are provided — just bring your camera, a portrait lens, and empty memory cards. A 70-200mm lens and extra battery are optional but handy.
