Welcome to Telibre’s first supper club - an intimate dining experience celebrating the creativity of food, flavour and culture, with the experience creatively shaped by Behosted.
Telibre is a flavour-led food brand rooted in Ghanaian heritage, but inspired by ingredients, techniques and culinary influences from around the world. For this special evening, Telibre is bringing that philosophy to the table through a carefully curated multi-course menu designed to surprise, excite and leave you wanting more.
Expect familiar flavours presented in unfamiliar ways, thoughtful combinations and dishes that bring together Ghanaian inspiration with global influences - all created with Telibre’s signature focus on bold, memorable flavour.
THE EXPERIENCE
Your evening will begin with canapés, a non-alcoholic drink followed by a three-course dining experience.
Each course has been thoughtfully developed especially for the supper club, with a focus on seasonal ingredients, texture, presentation and - most importantly - flavour.
Behosted will shape the creative experience around the evening, bringing together the atmosphere, visual direction and considered details to complement Telibre’s menu and create a setting designed for good food, conversation and connection.
It’s an opportunity to discover new combinations, experience food differently and share a table with people who appreciate a really good plate of food.

The Jollof Edit
A creative Telibre take on the classic flavours of jollof, chicken and plantain, featuring jollof rice-stuffed chicken arancini, succulent spiced chicken with a plantain glaze, and indulgent Telibre Mac & Cheese finished with our signature sauce.
Dessert
Puff Puff, Pear & Ginger
Ghanaian puff puff, warm caramelised pear, vanilla mascarpone, ginger caramel and toasted spice crumble.
