Dinner at the Grant House

Savor a delicious Edwardian-inspired menu featuring recipes from the 1896 Fannie Farmer Cookbook while enjoying the ambiance of the historic Grant House. Built in the mid-19th century, the Grant House is the oldest building on Officers Row at Fort Vancouver.
The menu will feature:
Seasonal soup
Chicken Marengo served with potatoes on the half shell and seasonal vegetable
Watercress salad (option of ordering an alternate salad)
Dessert
