You’ll join a small group of 4-6 people, with carefully curated conversation cards designed to spark deeper, more honest discussions. Expect a warm, intimate atmosphere, nourishing food and drinks, and a social experience where depth is normal.

Ben has 4 years of experience hosting meaningful conversation events in London. He is the founder of Unseen - a meaningful social events company. He has also spent almost 20 years building venures across creative, wellbeing and community spaces.

GA KingsX is a beautiful modern European bar and restaurant in King’s Cross, inside the Pullman London St Pancras, serving contemporary British and European dishes, plus a wide range of cocktails and bar bites. They offer meat, fish and vegetarian options, plus a full drinks menu including cocktails, spirits, wine, tea & coffee.

Unseen community hosts monthly socials, dinners & walks in London. We offer curated social experiences in beautiful spaces, designed for curious minds who are bored of shallow socialising and addictive apps, and want deeper conversation & real connection.

Will there be photography?

Yes. We may take photos and videos during the event. Due to the table size, we’re not able to exclude individuals from shots.

Where might photos and videos from the dinner appear?

On our Instagram, website, emails, press coverage, and sometimes in partner or promotional material.

What’s the vibe like?

Informal, thoughtful and welcoming. Intimate, wholesome and a bit deeper than your usual dinner out.

What topics will we be discussing?

Relationships, purpose, personal growth, identity, values, life direction and more.

Will it be very intense?

The aim is meaningful conversation, honesty and depth, not forced vulnerability. You do not have to talk about anything you do not want to, such as trauma or things you may be working on in therapy. This is not a therapeutic space, though if you are comfortable discussing more difficult things, that will not be unwelcome.

How does the format work?

You’ll be seated at tables of 4-6 people. Each table will have curated conversation cards to help spark more meaningful discussions throughout the evening. A host will also be present for safety, and to make sure everyone gets a chance to contribute equally.

Do I have to use the conversation cards?

We encourage it. The point of the social is to create a space where deeper conversation feels natural. If that does not appeal to you, this event may not be for you.

Do I need to come with someone?

No. Lots of people come alone. The format makes it easy to settle in and connect with others.

Can I come with a friend?

Yes, of course. Just bear in mind the event is designed to encourage conversation with the whole table, not only the person you arrive with.

Is this a hosted event?

It is fully hosted and carefully designed. Feedback is welcome.

What kind of people come?

Usually curious, thoughtful, intentional and open-minded people who want a more meaningful kind of social experience.

Is food included in the ticket?

No, food and drinks can be purchased at the venue.

What if I have dietary requirements?

Please check directly with the venue before attending if you have specific dietary needs. The menu is usually available on their website.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive on time so everyone can settle in properly before we begin. Arriving late upsets the experience for others.

How often do these dinners happen?

Monthly.

Are there any behaviour rules?

Yes. Be respectful and do not make the event uncomfortable for others. Harassment or harmful behaviour is not acceptable.

What should I do if there’s an issue on the day?

Speak to me (Ben) during the event or email afterwards so I can look into it properly.
