Join Chefs Selina and K Máté, owners of Peculiar Coffee Co., in the Maker Kitchen to learn how to make lángos, or a hungarian fried bread. It’s often served with a variety of toppings at gatherings and events. Peculiar Coffee Co. joined ANC’s Incubator Kitchens program in the spring of 2025; you’ve probably seen their mobile espresso carts at our Wednesday Allen Farmers Market or at events around town!
Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back.
Parking is available in the lot on the east side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
