Wan's Mandarin House and Gulf Stream Distillery in partnership with Visit Lauderdale Food and Wine Festival invite you to a collaboration brunch you won't find every weekend: a dim sum spread crafted by Wan's chef and owner Alex Kuk paired with a vodka infusion class led by Daniel Kastner, Head Distiller at Gulf Stream Distillery.

$88 per person · Limited to 30 seats
The class: Daniel Kastner will walk you through the process and science of making a vodka infusion. Each guest works with Gulf Stream Distillery Vodka and chooses from interesting, exotic ingredients to craft a personal infusion to take home.
A Wan's infusion debut: For this brunch, Daniel is creating a new vodka infusion for Wan's, which debuts at the event.
