Build your digital skills and feel more confident using your computer and navigating the online world! Join the Community Help Desk for two practical, beginner-friendly workshops designed to help you solve common tech problems, manage your online accounts, and stay safer online.
Day 1: Computer Basics & Troubleshooting - November 10, 2026

Learn how to troubleshoot slow or frozen computers, install and update applications, resolve Wi-Fi connection issues, address laptop charging and power problems, and connect to printers.
Although we are having a 2-day workshop, you do not have to attend both days! Please choose one workshop session and register for it. Bring your own device if you would like to follow along with the presentations and practice the skills covered.
Special Giveaway: Participants will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win one refurbished laptop. Limit one raffle entry per household.
