Join Jennifer Zazo-Brown and Terry Brown on November twelfth, from nine to four, at the Jepson Alumni Executive Center, in the Minor Board Room, at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
You’ll practice ways to connect with visitors, respond to difficult questions, and stay steady when conversations become challenging.
Your registration includes a participant workbook, guided practice, coffee, tea, and lunch.
