Join us for a relaxing creative space where recovery and self-expression come together. In this class, we’ll create beautiful diamond art designs one sparkling piece at a time- reminding us that recovery is also built moment by moment.Diamond art is a calming , meditative activity that helps reduce stress, improve focus, and encourage mindfulness. As we place each gem, we’ll reflect on patience, progress, and the beauty of rebuilding our lives in recovery.
No artistic experience is needed. Materials can be provided, or you can bring in a kit of your own. Bring yourself and an open mind. Come connect with others in recovery, share conversation, and leave with a piece of art that shines just like your journey.
Recovery is a process….and every piece matters.
This is a family friendly event (suitable for children with parent/guardian supervision).
