Dreading midterm and holiday conversations?

We use the words dialogue, discussion, and debate interchangeably, but they're not the same thing. Knowing the difference changes how we show up in uncomfortable conversations and leads to more successful communication.

In this 90-minute Lunch Lab session, we'll explore what separates dialogue, discussion, and debate, when each one serves us, and several skills to stay in dialogue and avoid defaulting to debate. Come with questions and leave with tips you can use right away.

Registration covers a provided lunch. Space is limited to 30 participants.
