Diablo Women's Chorale Presents Dream RadioTurn the dial and step into Dream Radio, the latest concert program by Diablo Women’s Chorale, broadcasting live this November in Lafayette, CA. Drifting somewhere between sleep and waking, this imaginative collection explores dreams in all their forms: joyful, mysterious, hopeful, romantic, and strange.
With music spanning a wide range of styles and eras, each song becomes its own frequency, carrying audiences through memory, fantasy, longing, and possibility. Tune in and discover what happens when the mind begins to wander and the music begins to dream.
Guiding Dream Radio is Artistic Director Erin Fishler, a longtime Bay Area vocalist, pianist, and teacher who has performed everywhere from intimate studios to Carnegie Hall. At her side is Accompanist Rebecca Hass, an accomplished pianist, teacher, and composer with a deep passion for Brazilian rhythms.
“This season is all about Dreams.When we began planning this program, we wanted to look at dreams through a universal lens—our dreams of love and our hopes for the future.” said Fishler. “To bring that to life, we are transforming the concert stage into a live radio station, complete with a podcast-style DJ, custom jingles, and interactive calls. It is a highly creative framework that allows us to seamlessly bridge some beautiful choral lullabies and 1940s jazz standards with modern rock and pop pieces. We are essentially building a living, singing dream playlist.”
Founded in 1942 during World War II, the Diablo Women’s Chorale has been a beloved presence in the East Bay for over eight decades, celebrating 85 years in 2027. Today, this popular secular community choir continues to unite women of all ages who share a love of singing and a desire to spread joy through music.
Performances are on Friday, November 20, 2026 at 7:00 pm and Sunday, November 22, 2026 at 3:00 pm at the Lafayette-Orinda Presbyterian Church, 49 Knox Drive, Lafayette, CA 94549.
