About this Event
Let's celebrate Dia De Los Muertos with a heart opening evening of remembrance.
Bring phtotos, sentimental items or offerings of your loved one(s ) to honor at the ofrrenda.
We gather to celebrate the lives of loved oned who have passed. The sacred wisdom of the cacao plant, will allow us to open our hearts and spirits and we will invite our loved ones to be remembered though sharing our favorite memories.
We will close the experience with Sound & Reiki, to help us welcome love and joy into any spaces in our bodies that have been holding grief, not to forget anything, but to remember them as they were.
This gathering is a collaboration between Therese and Sonia
Please feel free to arrive a few early. The experience is roughly 2 hours. All are welcome.
Dress comfortably! Yoga mat, thin cushions and blankets are provided. Bring your journal, emotional support water bottle and anything you need to be comfy laying on a yoga mat (for example an additional blanket, favorite pillow, or eye cover). There is a futon and additional seating available for anyone who could benefit.
