Grief needs a seat at the table too.
Join us for an intimate evening honoring our loved ones who've passed — blending the warmth and color of Día de los Muertos tradition with a shared meal and open hearts. Bring a photo or memento of someone you miss; we'll build an ofrenda together.
**Meet your co-host:** Neera (@med_rhythm_n) is a death doula — she walks alongside people through dying, death, and grief, using music, movement, breath, and reflection to hold space for what words can't. She'll guide the evening's practices so everyone leaves a little lighter.
**Evening flow:**
- 5:00 — Arrival & grounding breath
- 5:15 — Opening circle: speak the name of who you're honoring
- 5:35 — Ofrenda building with quiet music
- 6:00 — Shared meal: Día de los Muertos menu + potluck
- 6:40 — Music & movement closing
