About this Event
Join Taj Chander for an exploration of prāṇa—the subtle life force described throughout the yogic traditions.
Through prāṇāyāma, Himalayan yogic practice, meditation, and contemplative teaching, we’ll explore the relationship between breath, awareness, and the subtle body, becoming more sensitive to the currents ordinarily hidden beneath everyday perception.
Rather than forcing energy, the practice becomes an act of listening.
As the breath refines, the mind quiets.
As the mind quiets, subtler dimensions of experience become perceptible.
🌬️ An evening of breath, subtle awareness, and the invisible life moving through us.
✨ All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
🧘 Mats and chairs provided. Wear comfortable clothing.
📿 Bring water and anything that supports your meditation.
🌸 Ages 16+ welcome — minors must be accompanied by an adult.
